Idea emerged in 2009.
The idea behind Apartmanica emerged in 2009 with the vision of creating a specialized web builder for apartment and house renters. At the time, there were not many web builders available, and Apartmanica aimed to fill that gap with its service. Although it took several years to bring this vision to fruition, Apartmanica finally launched and has been steadily growing year after year, with an increasing number of websites and properties in its system.

Since 2022, Apartmanica has been operating as a part of the Play Digital company, which is comprised of the same team that came up with the original idea for Apartmanica.
