A partner can be a legal entity or a sole proprietorship registered in Croatia or another country.
Natural persons without a registered business activity cannot join the program.

It is necessary to fill out the application and enter accurate company, contact, and payout details. After the application is reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation by email and access to the Partner Portal.

After approval, the Partner receives their unique promo code. The referral is valid when a new user uses the unique promo code during registration and the first purchase.

• 20% on the first purchase (activation) of the referred user (excluding VAT)

• 10% on each subscription renewal (excluding VAT) during the next 3 years

The commission on renewals is activated only from the 10th active referral onward. Until then, only the 20% commission on the first purchase is calculated.

On the net amount that the user actually paid (the amount excluding VAT). In the case of a refund, the commission is not paid.

The commission is not calculated on:

• trial/free period
• additional services that are not part of the standard subscription
• the Partner’s own purchases or renewals

The right to tracking and renewal commissions lasts for 3 years from the first purchase of the referred user. If the referred user cancels the subscription before the end of that period, the Partner is entitled to commission only for the subscription periods actually paid; for periods after the subscription ends, no commission is calculated or paid.

Payout is made exclusively upon the Partner’s request through the Partner Portal.

A minimum of €50.00 net (excluding VAT) in accumulated commission. If the balance is lower, it is carried forward until the condition is met.

The Organizer makes the payout within up to 30 days from the payout request.

To the IBAN stated in the application or later updated in the Partner Portal.

Yes, it is possible to be both an Apartmanica user and a Partner at the same time, but it is not possible to receive a commission for your own purchase or your own subscription renewal.

Yes, in accordance with the Organizer’s guidelines and without misleading claims. Paid advertising is allowed, provided the program terms are respected.

No. Unfair practices are prohibited (spam, fake reviews, misleading statements, and similar).

The Partner is solely responsible for their own tax obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Either party may terminate the partnership by written notice via email. In the event of a breach of the terms or fraud, the Agreement is terminated immediately.

If there is no fraud and the amount is above the minimum threshold, the accumulated commission is paid out according to the program terms. In the case of fraud, the commission may be withheld and/or reimbursement of the commission may be requested.
