Beautifully designed Villa Furešta has found its place in the sun on the island of Pašman. It was completed in 2019, when it welcomed its first guests. This is its fourth season, and the owner, Mr. Ivan Božić, predicts exceptionally good occupancy. He says that even the previous two seasons marked by the pandemic were not bad, considering that the house is located on an island.
Since we are on an island and isolated from other tourist properties, during the pandemic seasons (2020 and 2021) we achieved good financial results considering the circumstances. In the upcoming 2022 season, we expect occupancy of more than 150 days.
Digital marketing from the very beginning

It can accommodate up to 8 people, and pets are also welcome. We were also interested in the meaning behind the villa’s unusual name.
On our island of Pašman, and we believe more widely as well, a furešta is a woman who married into a place she does not come from and is a little different from other women. From the very first ideas, projects, construction, and the relationship with tourists, Villa Furešta did not fit into the average way of thinking about the vision of tourism on the island.
