Download a sample evacuation plan for hosts

Do you have an evacuation plan displayed in your accommodation, and is it done properly?

An evacuation plan is one of those items that is easy to forget, yet inspectors check it regularly. A roughly sketched floor plan is not enough: the plan needs to clearly show where the guest is, which way to exit, where the fire extinguisher and the assembly point are, plus emergency numbers — all in a way that even a guest who doesn't speak Croatian can understand.

We have prepared a free example of a properly formatted evacuation plan in PDF that you can use as a guideline when creating a plan for your own property: what it must contain, how to lay it out and where to display it.

To download it, simply enter your details in the form at the bottom of this blog post. The example plan will arrive by e-mail and you can use it right away as a template — or to check whether your existing plan is complete.
